Alan Lau is Executive Chairman of Growhill Wealth, a seasoned executive with deep AI, fintech, and strategy expertise. Alan co-founded and ran Tencent WeSure, the AI-native insurtech platform that served 100 million customers in China. He was Asia Head of McKinsey Digital, advising technology leaders and incumbents on AI and digital strategy, and later Chief Business Officer of Animoca Brands, overseeing a portfolio of multi-asset investments. Alan brings his strategic leadership and AI-in-FinTech experience to help Growhill Wealth expand across Asia.刘家明担任思宏财富执行董事长，是具备深厚人工智能、金融科技及战略咨询经验的资深企业管理者。他联合创立并执掌 AI 原生保险科技平台腾讯微保，该平台服务中国市场超 1 亿用户。他曾任麦肯锡亚洲数字化业务负责人，为科技头部企业及传统行业龙头提供人工智能与数字化战略咨询；后续出任 Animoca Brands 首席商务官，统筹多元资产投资组合管理。刘家明凭借战略领导力以及金融科技领域的 AI 落地实战经验，推动思宏财富在全亚洲的业务拓展。

William Ma is Chief Investment Officer of Growhill Wealth, a veteran investor with deep multi-asset and fund management expertise. William founded GROW Investment Group and launched one of the first multi-strategy hedge funds onshore in China. He was previously CIO of Noah Holdings and its asset management arm Gopher, overseeing roughly US$80bn across allocation and product due diligence, and earlier CIO of Gottex Penjing. A CFA and CAIA charterholder, William brings the investment rigour to build Growhill Wealth's institutional-grade platform.马晖洪担任思宏财富首席投资官，为拥有丰富多元资产与基金管理经验的资深投资人。他创立 GROW 投资集团，发起设立国内首批多策略对冲基金。此前任职诺亚控股及其资产管理子公司歌斐资产首席投资官，统筹规模约 800 亿美元的资产配置及产品尽调工作；更早曾任高腾盘京首席投资官。他持有 CFA 特许金融分析师、CAIA 特许另类投资分析师双资质。马晖洪依托严谨的投资体系，搭建思宏财富机构级业务平台。

Cheney Cheng is Chief Operating Officer of Growhill Wealth, a technologist and investor with deep AI, engineering, and capital markets expertise. Cheney began his career at Goldman Sachs as an M&A banker and has spent over 15 years across investment and AI. He is co-founder and co-CEO of Apoidea, an AI provider to financial institutions, Managing Partner of fintech platform Altive, and a board member of AMINA Bank, a regulated digital-asset bank. Chen Gang is Chief Sales Officer of Growhill Wealth, a distribution leader with deep wealth and insurance network expertise. Chen built and led large independent financial adviser networks during his years at Noah Holdings, and led insurance teams at Taikang, one of China's top-four life insurers. Chen carries an established IFA team and deep relationships across the mainland and Greater China adviser channel.
